Practice

The following terms and conditions apply to business purchases, B2B.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply at the time of placing your order. Please ensure that you have read and understood the applicable terms and conditions before placing your order. We reserve the right to change terms from time to time without further notice.
These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases of goods on E-avantgarde.dk.

Order Receipt

Delivery

Denmark
At E Avantgarde, we deliver your order with GLS or UPS. On weekdays, we aim to keep the delivery time to 1-2 business days. However, in the event of holidays, it may take a few more days. If you place your order before 12:00 on weekdays, we will endeavor to send it to you the same day, so you will receive the goods the following day.

International Shipments
We ship to the following countries: Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Finland, Faroe Islands, Ireland
All international shipments are delivered by UPS and sent as an insured package.
Regular service within Europe is approximately 2-5 business days.
Regular service outside Europe is approximately 3-5 business days.
We do our best to dispatch your package as quickly as possible, but please be aware that during holidays or public holidays, you may experience delayed delivery.

All orders incur a shipping fee to cover shipping costs and packaging.
The item is delivered by carrier or GLS in Denmark and UPS in other countries.

Payment Terms

E Avantgarde accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, MasterCard. Payment will only be debited from the buyer's account when the item is dispatched. Customers wishing to be set up for invoice purchases can be set up for invoice purchases after credit approval. All amounts are in DKK or Euro and are shown excluding VAT. We reserve the right to errors in prices and out-of-stock/discontinued items.

Returns

There is usually no right of withdrawal for business customers. In special cases, returns/exchanges are accepted by prior agreement and always only in intact condition in original packaging. Costs associated with returns and already charged shipping fees are not refunded.

Guarantee and Complaints

Unless otherwise agreed, business entities are only entitled to a 12-month warranty period, with complaints to be made immediately upon detection of a fault or defect. Business entities are obliged to conduct such an examination of a purchased item as proper business usage requires. Exchange or repair does not entail a new 1-year warranty period on the item.

Any dispute between E ApS and the customer (B2B) is subject to Danish law.

Product Liability

To the extent that E ApS is liable to the buyer, this liability is limited to direct loss (maximum the price of the item), and thus not consequential damages. Any compensation for this can therefore amount to a maximum of the price of the item.
We reserve the right to any pricing and correction errors, technical errors, out-of stock items, and force majeure, including labor disputes and defects or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.

E ApS processes your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is done in accordance with the rules in our privacy policy.
