ORDERING & PAYMENT
Once you have chosen the items you want to buy and placed them in your shopping cart you will have to fill out your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Shortly after you will receive, e-mail confirms that your order is placed.
We take reservations for misprints and sold out items.

The amount will not be withdrawn from your account before the order leaves our stock. All prices are indicated in DKK or EURO and a 25% sales tax/VAT is included, unless the package is being send outside the EU or you are a dealer. Please see below under the section CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT.
CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX /VAT
If your order is placed from an EU country, you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT (dealer will not pay tax/vat) but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. E Avantgarde is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
E Avantgarde accept returns no later than 14 days after reciept of the goods. Please indicate the reason for your return. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. The original hangtag must also be intact. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have passed our quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses. We only accept returns when sent with original receipt.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
All E Avantgarde products are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects and deficiencies are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. E Avantgarde covers normal shipping fees in case of reasonable complaints, but please notice that you have to take contact to the webshop about the notification of defect before sending it back to us.
