Wide trousers with long slits at the bottom of the leg. This allows both the pants to hang loose, which makes an asymmetrical bottom, shorter in inseam and longer at the outer seam. It is also possible to tie the slit together. By doing this you get the look of a narrower trouser that can be stuck to the leg. This allows you to change the length of the pants.
